Our Franchise Training Program is your final step prior to taking over your very own Shuck Shack franchise as an official certified franchisee.  However, Shuck Shack remains committed to insuring ongoing training required to insure that our franchisees continue to be the best prepared operators in the food service industry.

5-DAY INTENSIVE FRANCHISE TRAINING PROGRAM 

Day 1-Operations/Systems and Food Safety Training (Wednesday)

Day 2-Internal Systems/HR Management and F.S.T. (Thursday)

Day 3-Food Safety Certification Course and Exam (Friday)

Day 4-In Store Operations and Protocol Training (Saturday)

Day 5-In Store Operations and Protocol Training (Sunday)
