Shuck Shack also provides limited ownership opportunities for aspiring  entrepreneurs who are not completely prepared for the full financial commitment of becoming a Franchisee. These individuals are referred to as Franchise Operators. Franchise Operators are individuals whom we believe possess the necessary skills to become a future Franchisee. Aspiring Franchise Operators however are required to manage a Shuck Shack location for at least two years prior to becoming an Operator. Other requirements may include but are not limited to the following:

· Shuck Shack Location Manager Exp. (2 Year Minimum)

· Exemplary Evaluations

· Franchise Management Training Course Completion

· Food Safety Manager Certification

· Demonstrated Mastery of Shuck Shack Core Values
